Returns 

All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send us an email directly to support@skull-outfitters.com to notify us that you'd like a refund.

Please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances. Please also ensure your name and order number are included on or inside the package.

Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.

If your refund is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@skull-outfitters.com
